What happens if I am not home when my package arrives?
Hi, if you will not be home when the courier company tries to deliver a package to you, you can kindly ask your friends or family members to help you pick up the package. Alternatively, couriers can also deliver to work areas so you can consider inserting your work address in the shipping information provided you will be there when the courier goes out for delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Why is my item missing?

Please provide us with a picture of the whole outer package including the shipping labels, as well as indicating which item is missing, so that our agent can help you better. Please contact us via email at support@bellabae.co.za.
2. How can I return an item?
Hi, please take a look at our Return policy first, then if you wish to proceed with the return, please contact our customer service and tell us which items you want to return.
3. What if I received an item that is damaged or has issues?
Hi, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please kindly contact us and provide us with images of the item that you wish to raise a concern about so that we can help you further.
4. What is the status on my return or exchange?
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 7 days for us to process the refund or exchange.
The refund should reflect in your account depending on the refund method you communicated with the consultant that assisted you.
5. Can I get a full refund for the returned item?
Hi, all returned items will be inspected and if illegible for refund, will be refunded to the full price of the item. All refunds exclude shipping and return shipping fee. All unreturnable items according to our Return policy will not be refunded for.
Coupons codes and Bellabae points will not be refunded as monetary value.

6. Can I return one of my orders?
Yes, please contact us at support@bellabae.co.za to get assistance with your return.
Our Return and Refund Policy lasts 14 days from the day you have received your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, undamaged, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Pickup Service: We will arrange a pickup for you based on the given address. An R109 fee per return request will be deducted from your refund.
Note: The original shipping fees and guarantee fees are non-refundable.
7. What if I received the wrong item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we will address it with the warehouse so that they can look into the issue for you. 9. My refund amount is incorrect.

- We will issue refunds only for product items.Shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. What is your return policy?
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty, accessories (except scarves, bags), items with non-returnable marks and free gifts.

11. How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
Normally it will take a few days for the package to be returned to us. When the parcel has been received by us, we will then begin the refund process.
All refunds take up to 7 working days from the time we receive the product to process.
12. What if the item I received is not as described?
Hi, thanks for ordering from our site. We do apologies that our items do not live up to your expectations.

13. Shipping of a returned product.
To return your product, send us an email at support@bellabae.co.za to assist.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your returned product is rejected, you may consider to let the rejected product to be shipped back. Shipping costs are not included and should be paid upfront before the products will be shipped again.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take 1-7 days for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a product over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
14. Delivery and Purchase Cancellation.
If for any reason you would like to cancel a purchase before delivery, please sent us an email at info@bellabae.co.za to assist you. You can cancel your purchase at any time, depending on where the purchase is in the process:
If your purchase has not been dispatched upon cancellation, we will refund the full purchase amount to you.
Once your purchase has been dispatched from the supplier, we will only be able to process the cancellation when the purchase has been returned to us.
You will need to accept the delivery and will have the right to return the purchase in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
